Refund policy

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. To start a return, email voltextechnologies26@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items returned after 30 days
- Downloadable software or digital products

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, check with your bank first. Then contact us at voltextechnologies26@gmail.com.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us at voltextechnologies26@gmail.com.
